Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00.

Cancellation OUTSIDE of cancellation window will result in an immediate charge of $25.00, For immediate emergencies please contact me. Your card will not be charged before your appointment unless you have otherwise given permission to do so, however after your cancellation or no show your card is automatically charged the late fee. 

After 2 No Call No Show appointments or Cancellations outside of Cancellation window you will be required to submit a non-refundable deposit. If deposit is not submitted within 12 hours, your appointment will be canceled. You will also be required to pay previous $25.00 cancellation invoice before making a new appointment. Deposit does not apply to Groupon Clients.

Arriving LATE to an appointment will result in time deducted from your scheduled services.

Please note that these policies are put in place to protect the Therapist as well as the clients who have other services scheduled.
