Frequently Asked Questions
How should I prepare for my first treatment?
If you are receiving any Body Contouring Enhancements please drink water leading up to your sessions water is very important to helping the body flush. Also be sure to bring your waist trainer or a sweat band, you will need to put this on after the service is complete. For massages, there is nothing special to do, just come ready to be relaxed.
Do The Body Contouring Treatments hurt?
No, these services are non-invasive and does not hurt. However you may hear a light buzzing in your ears during the cavitation but it is not painful.
Will I see immediate results from the body contouring session and are the result permanent?
Many of my clients have saw results in the same day, literally while on the table they can feel a difference. However each clients journey is different depending on the amount of body fat that you have and your day to day routines. When booking these treatments it is important that you remain consistent. It is also important that you are ready for change and that you will be up to the challenge.
Do you offer Deep Tissue Massages?
No I do not offer deep tissues massages. I offer a range of relaxing services (Swedish Modality and Lymphatic Drainage). I also use Cupping therapy and Hot Stone Therapy during many of my services to easily penetrate the muscle much easier.
